Diligent participants who have each walked 4x32 km of both the MESA and the Four Days of the Yser in the same calender year are entitles to a medal. If the hiker has walked 4x32 km during both the MESA and the For Days of the Yser, after a control, he or she will receive the medal by post after 15 November.
